Lindsey holds a degree in Human Nutrition from Clemson University. After graduation, she worked with a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in gut health, where she learned the importance of treating the body as a whole. She later completed her 200-hour yoga certification, during which she was introduced to Rolfing through a local Rolfer’s anatomy lessons. This experience ignited her passion for Rolfing, and after undergoing a 10-Series and experiencing profound results, she knew this was her calling.
